We handle IIPPs, jobsite safety inspections, and OSHA compliance support, bringing field-level safety leadership, emergency response experience, and insurance risk engineering to every project.
Meet Our Founder
Brian A. Lordson, CSP, CHST, CRIS
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Brian has built a career focused on improving workplace safety and reducing operational risk across high-hazard industries. He has led safety efforts as a Safety Manager for large, complex construction firms, where he developed and implemented site-specific programs, conducted risk assessments, and managed compliance across multi-phase projects.
Brian also served as a Risk Engineer for one of the world’s largest commercial insurance carriers, specializing in casualty lines such as Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto. In that role, he advised insureds on risk mitigation strategies, conducted detailed loss control evaluations, and supported underwriting with technical insight across a wide range of industries.
His unique combination of field-level safety leadership and insurance risk engineering gives him a well-rounded, strategic perspective on safety management. Brian works closely with construction firms, insurance brokers and carriers, public utilities, and service companies to deliver tailored safety solutions that meet regulatory standards and support a culture of safety excellence. He holds the CSP and CHST certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the CRIS designation from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and works directly with clients in the field, supporting site assessments and day-to-day safety program execution.
